In order for us to successfully pass any resolutions by voting in our AGM, we will need 50% of the levy payers (60 houses) to either attend the AGM for the any vote to pass or to please sign a proxy.
If you will not be able to attend the AGM on 24 November 2021 at Hurlyvale Primary School (in the hall) from 6-8pm kindly download and sign the proxy below and return it to hebracommunity@gmail.com by 22 November 2021.
